Single Family Home or Townhouse Inspection (full inspection)
For home buyers as well as home sellers. Includes 2 - 4 hour thorough inspection, comprehensive report with color photos available the same evening, and post-inspection follow-up.

"As-is" Property Inspection (key components and systems inspection)
Designed as a go/no-go evaluation for investors, or buyers of "as-is" marketed properties. Inspection focuses on the condition of hot-button items like roof, foundation/crawlspace, heating/air conditioning, and electric service, plus any visible leaks. DOES NOT INCLUDE A COMPREHENSIVE WRITTEN REPORT AND IS NOT INTENDED TO REPLACE A FULL-SERVICE NJ HOME INSPECTION.

Condominium Inspection (interior inspection only, common areas excluded - typically for condo association members)
Includes 1 1/2 - 2 hour thorough inspection, comprehensive report with color photos available same evening, and post-inspection follow-up.

Focused/Targeted Inspection (inspection of specific areas of interest or concern such as structural, deck, roof, fire escape, crawlspace, mechanical systems, etc.)
Includes 1+ hour inspection of area of interest, same day e-mail report, and post-inspection follow-up.

Residential Home Checkup Inspection
Service Plan Includes four 2-hour inspection of major components and systems per year, each followed by a written report detailing defects and recommendations.

Residential energy inspection - including infrared scan of home
Includes 3 to 4 hour on-site inspection of insulation, heating and A/C systems, water heater, windows and doors, and other energy-related building systems and components, followed by a report with recommendations on improvements, and follow-up as needed. Infrared scan of interior and exterior using a MOB-IR thermal imaging camera to identify areas of heat gain or loss.

Safe Home Inspection
Includes 2-3 hour inspection to identify safety hazards, potential safety and security concerns, safe storage of chemicals, child and senior hazards.

Vacation Home Seasonal Inspection Service Plan
(Weekly, Sept-May)
This service provides non-resident vacation and investment home owners with the assurance that someone is available locally to check their property weekly or during inclement weather to identify problems and report back quickly. Services include an inside and outside visual check for damage, leaks or power or heat problems, followed by an e-mail or phone call message.

Return visit charge - residential (client requested)
If client requests the inspector to return in the event the property cannot be properly inspected due to lockout, lack of utility service, blocked entry to attic or crawlspace, or other reason out of inspector's control.
