AtlantiCape Inspections, LLC is a Margate-based inspection firm dedicated to meeting the needs and exceeding the expectations of residential and commercial property owners and prospective buyers in Atlantic and Cape May counties. All inspections are performed by I. G. "Zack" Lilienfeld, a licensed NJ home inspector (NJ Lic. #24GI00050500).
During his career, Mr. Lilienfeld has earned professional engineering licenses in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. A graduate of Lehigh University with Bachelor of Science degrees in both Mechanical and Civil Engineering, he also attained a Masters of Business Administration from Wilkes College (now Wilkes University). Currently, "Zack" Lilienfeld is one of the few NJ-Licensed Professional Engineers who are also licensed as a home inspector, and the only one to his knowledge who is based in Atlantic County. His specialties include home and light commercial inspections for homebuyers and existing property owners.
