AtlantiCape Inspections, LLC is pleased to offer a unique service to home buyers or investors who may not need or want or need a comprehensive home inspection that follows the New Jersey Standards of Practice - an "AS-IS" home inspection.
AtlantiCape's "As-Is" residential property inspections are for buyers who want the peace of mind knowing the condition of major components and systems. This inspection does not replace a conventional NJ Standards of Practice home inspection (and lengthy report). It is practical for (1) buyers who plan to do a major renovation and are not so concerned about minor items, (2) investors wanting to lower their risk, (3) when sellers state that they will not repair anything, or (4) buyers have no home inspection contingency in their agreement of sale. This inspection can generally be scheduled on short notice and includes a written report (PDF by e-mail) at the conclusion of the inspection, as well as followup consultation and discussion on important issues identified.
